ChildFund Japan Philippine Branch is seeking proposals from hotels in Makati for corporate accommodation rates. As part of our ongoing efforts to support our staff and visiting partners, we are looking for competitive rates and services that meet our organizational needs.
Requirements:
We invite hotels to submit their proposals that include the following details:
- Corporate Rate Structure:
- Special rates for single and double occupancy.
- Discounts for extended stays.
- Inclusions (breakfast, internet access, etc.).
- Availability:
- Capacity to accommodate guests throughout the year, including peak seasons.
- Amenities and Services:
- Description of on-site amenities (e.g., meeting rooms, business centers, fitness facilities).
- Any additional services offered (e.g., airport transfers, laundry services).
- Location:
- Proximity to key locations relevant to ChildFund operations (e.g., government offices, partner organizations).
- Cancellation and Payment Policies:
- Flexibility in cancellation terms and payment options.
- Validity Period:
- Duration for which the proposed rates will be valid.
