Educo and ChildFund Japan are jointly supporting earthquake-affected families in General Santos City through psychosocial support and relief assistance.

On July 3 and July 6, 2026, the first two communities received Psychological First Aid (PFA), followed by the distribution of food and non-food items. A total of 367 families have been reached as part of the response targeting 1,700 affected families across General Santos City.

The PFA sessions provided a supportive space for families to process their experiences, strengthen coping mechanisms, and receive emotional support after the earthquake.
