The ChildFund Japan Philippine Branch, through the Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Projects funded by the Government of Japan, intends to apply the sum of three million three hundred fifty-three thousand one hundred fifteen and 58/100 only (PHP 3,353,115.58),being the approved budget of contract MOFA-2, to payments under the contract as follows:

The ChildFund Japan Philippines Branch now invites bids for the above project.
Bidder is preferably from General Santos City. Bidders outside General Santos City must have an established satellite office within General Santos City. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from March 6, 2026 to March 13, 2026 from the given email address below.
- The Procurement Committee will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on March 6, 2025; 10:00 A.M. at given address: Notre Dame Business Resource Center Foundation, Inc. Notre Dame of Dadiangas University Marist Avenue, General Santos City.
- Bids must be duly received by the Procurement Committee Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before March 16, 2026; 10:00 A.M. Late bids shall not be accepted.
- Bid opening shall be on March 16, 2026 11:00 A.M.
- The deliberation and finalization shall be held on March 19, 2026. The winning bidder shall be notified via email or official text message on the same day.
- The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
